Apocalyptic Belfast (Part 1)

In Europe, there is an airline called 'EasyJet.' Insanely low prices, if you're willing to travel at the worst possible times. I managed to get a flight to Belfast late on Christmas Eve. Snowy, everything closed, no buses, I was lucky to even get a cab.
The following morning it was Christmas. I had no food and there was none at the hostel, so I decided to walk around Belfast looking for food. Literally everything was closed. No one was walking the streets, and hardly a single car rolled by, even a cop car. Here I was, walking around a major European city, surrounded by skyscrapers: and I was completely alone.

(The night before, filled with people celebrating X-mas Eve)

                                                        Emptiness on Christmas Day

At the City Center, there is a giant TV that broadcasts the news. There was something incredibly creepy about being in front of something blasting reports of people when I couldn't even find one in the whole city.
